The site was developed to keep residents of Parkway Place Homeowners Association informed of important issues relevant to the community, provide a means to contact the Board of Directors and/or the Management Company, and have access to pertinent documents related to the Association. Important Notices

The next Board meeting is the Annual Meeting of the Members which is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15th at 6 PM in the Brambleton Center 3738 Brambleton Avenue Roanoke, VA 24018. Sign- in begins at 5:30. The meeting will start at 6 PM. Notices will be mailed to owners closer to the Annual Meeting date. Your attendance is strongly encouraged so a quorum is met to hold the meeting. Please appoint a Proxy in your place if you are not able to attend.

Board meetings for 2025 will be quarterly, on the third Wednesday of the month at 3PM unless otherwise noted. The 2025 meeting dates are: January 15th, April 16th, July 23rd, and October 15th.

A neighborhood Yard Sale has been planned for Saturday, August 30th, with a rain date of Saturday, September 6th. If you would like to participate, then please plan accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact management at cgreene@hallassociatesinc.com
